Privacy

Your privacy, plainly.

Little Lamb Boutique is a small affiliate gift-guide site. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell your data, and we use plain analytics to see which guides are actually useful. Here's exactly what that means.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people find and use the site — pages viewed, rough location (country or region), device and browser type, and how you arrived. It's collected via cookies and looked at in aggregate; we don't use it to identify you personally.

Affiliate clicks. When you tap a product link you pass through our own /go/ redirect on the way to a retailer (usually Amazon). We can see which links get clicked, in aggregate. The retailer then sets its own cookies on its own site — that's how a commission gets credited to us — and that's governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Newsletter. If you enter your email in a sign-up form, we collect that email for the single purpose of sending you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe any time, and we never sell or share it.

What we don't collect. We don't ask for your name, we have no accounts or logins, we run no ads, and we don't sell, rent, or trade any information about you to anyone. Ever.

Two kinds of cookies touch your visit: analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, and affiliate cookies set by retailers like Amazon after you click through to their site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings whenever you like — the site works fine without them. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

To run the site we use Google Analytics (traffic measurement), the Amazon Associates program (affiliate links), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.

Little Lamb is written for the grown-ups doing the gift-buying. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Block cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out, or unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click — any of these, any time. Because we don't keep accounts or personal profiles, there's very little of "you" for us to hold in the first place.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Questions about your privacy? Reach us on Instagram @littlelambboutique. See also our affiliate disclosure and terms of use.
