Linden Tree Books is on State Street in downtown Los Altos, and it is the second children's bookstore in this guide after Hicklebee's. The two of them are the only bookshops on the page.
It is closed on Mondays, opens at nine at the weekend and runs late on Thursdays — until eight. Hours come from the shop's own site.
